Shipping Policy

Please expect delays with shipping due to Covid-19 Restrictions. Delayed packages are unfortunately out of DaeDream Customs, LLC., control. Please contact shipping carrier for more information on your delayed package.

1. Shipping Information

Here at DaeDream Customs, LLC., we offer shipping to all 50 US States, U.S. Territories including Canada. Please understand that order processing times and shipping processing time is separate from each other. Please see turnaround time policy for further details on turnaround times.

2. Shipping Errors

Please make sure all information is accurate when checking out. DaeDream Customs, LLC., will not be responsible for incorrect information listed on package. Once item is return to DaeDream Customs, LLC., warehouse customer will be issued a refund for they order expect for shipping costs, customer will be given the option to reorder they item. Custom/Personalized orders will not be refunded but customer will be given the option to pay for shipping again with correct shipping information. All shipping fees here at DaeDream Customs, LLC., is based off the weight of the package. Shipping fees increases periodically according to the shipping carrier. Shipping increases during the holiday seasons.
