Custom Order Information & Policy

Here at DaeDream Customs, LLC., we want to “make your dreams come tru.’, in a timely manner. Below you will find information about each step of custom ordering process. Please review our policies and procedures to expedite your order in a timely manner.

***Please note: DaeDream Customs, LLC will not take or discuss custom orders by phone, please email at details or place all details in the description box before checkout so the notes can be referred to during the designing process.
DaeDream Customs, LLC., will need the following information to provide an estimated price for product item requested.

What is your estimated due date?
- 5 business days before due date will be considered as a rush order. Rush order fees may apply. (See rush order information below)

What is your fabric material preference? (Apparel Only)
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., offers a variety of fabric material such as 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, 50% Cotton/50% Poly, and more. To inquiry about a specific fabric please contact us at support@daedreamcustom.com

What is your garment material preference?
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., offers feel-like material and specialty ink. Please note that specialty ink can only be applied to light pastel colors or white polyester material. Specialty ink can be applied to other garments with glitter material. SPECIALTY INK CANNOT BE APPLIED TO BLACK GARMENTS. Any questions or concerns about the different type of garment material please contact us at support@daedreamcustom.com. Additional fees may apply for approved special material.

- If so, appropriate sales tax applies.

All order sales are final. No exchanges, returns or refunds on custom orders. All quote orders prices are estimated and are subject to change upon final design approval.

Design Approval
- For each order DaeDream Customs, LLC., will submit a proof for customers approval. Customers will be allotted (1) modification of there design. Additional modification will have additional fees applied at the final approval. It is the customers responsibility to verify all information on proof design is correct. (Including grammar, spelling, font, size, design errors. If an error is found after order is approved by customer, DaeDream Customs, LLC., is not held responsible for any additional fees that will occur for reprinting. DaeDream Customs, LLC., design team will not be held responsible for any approved errors completed by the customer.

Processing/Turnaround Time:
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., design turnaround time is typically 8-10 business days not including holidays and/or weekends. Design time can increase depending on customers requests. Customer will be notified accordingly of the time changes. Remember, this does not include production time we need to make your dream come tru.’. Usually from start to finish an order can take up to 15-20 business days depending on the item(s) ordered. As we wish to make your dreams come tru.’, faster, the turnaround time depends upon design, customer approval and payment speed.
***Please Note: DaeDream Customs, LLC., are open for holidays and/or weekends for custom orders process. These days will add to the turnaround time of your order, so please plan accordingly.

Rush Orders:
- If you need your custom product by a certain DATE, please let us know prior to placing a order and we can see if it can be fulfilled by the deadline. Customer will be notified within 24-48 hours if requested deadline date can be fulfilled. ***Please Note: Rush order fees may apply. Ordering multiple designs, special fulfillments, special requests will add to our standard turnaround time.

Customer Relations:
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., is very fortunate and forever grateful to work with some awesome customers and companies. But, DaeDream Customs, LLC., reserves the right to deny any order if a customer is found inappropriate, rude and/or unpleasant to work with.

Special Request Orders
- DaeDream Customs, LLC only accept special order requests via email such as birthday, graduation and memorial garments. In an event DaeDream Customs, LLC. Does not have this item in stock, the customer will be notified accordingly and asked if they would want DaeDream Customs, LLC. to proceed with the order or cancel the order. Cancellation fees will be 10% of your total amount.

Payments
- Orders MUST be paid in full at the time of ordering or requesting a purchase order before DaeDream Customs, LLC., start designing and production process. Purchase orders will only be accepted if you have a DaeDream Customs, Wholesale Account with a business and/or organization. Please contact us by email at support@daedreamcustom.com regarding purchase orders. There are absolutely no exchanges, refunds and/or returns on final custom orders and/or custom items. DaeDream Customs, LLC., is not responsible for any error orders.
- Payment Methods accepted: (Subject to change) Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., NOW OFFERS Shop Pay (4 interest free installments of your total purchase). ***Please Note: This will not be accepted with a purchase order.

Disclaimer:
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., reserves the right to deny copyrighted items. DaeDream Customs will not produce another brand that DaeDream Customs, LLC., does not own or own a commercial license to.
- Customers requesting a design that belongs to another entity will require to sign an agreement before order process starts. The agreement will be between you and DaeDream Customs, LLC., stating that this item will only be used for personal use and will not be sold by any means necessary.

Privacy Policy:
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., takes your privacy seriously. All information you share with DaeDream Customs, LLC., is treated with utmost respect and held in compliance as set forth with data protection regulations.
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., will not sell your personal information to any third party, and only share it, when necessary, as outlined below.
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., collect and keep the following information:
- Your name and email address
- Your shipping information
- Your phone number, if provided
- Your order details
- Your measurements
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., uses the information to:
- Communicate with you about your order
- Process your order efficiently and accurately
- In order to ship your order, DaeDream Customs, LLC. must share your address and phone number with third party shipping services. (I.E.: USPS or FEDEX)
- DaeDream Customs, LLC., do not transmit our clients’ data to third parties unless otherwise by law or necessary to resolve an order. When you pay for your order on daedreamcustom.com or PayPal invoices, DaeDream Customs, LLC., never see any customers financial information – all DaeDream Customs officials receive is information about who placed the order, order details, and value, shipping information and purchaser email. DaeDream Customs, LLC., do not and wish not to see customers credit card information or banking information.
